Our work isn't finished after the placement is made. After a Permanent Placement is made, we will periodically follow up with both client and new hire during the first few weeks of employment to insure a smooth transition. Likewise, for Interim placement we will communicate with your office and continue our dialogue until your organization makes an offer of employment or the assignment terminates. By maintaining this open dialogue we can ensure that our employee does not have any pending questions or concerns regarding their employment potential with your office.
